Chinese Scallion Pancake | 蔥油餅  

Ingredients: (yield 3 servings)
300 gram All Purpose Flour
160 ml Warm Water
4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 stalks Green Onions
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (for frying)

160 毫升   暖水
4 湯匙   菜油
2 棵   蔥
1/2 茶匙   鹽
2 湯匙   菜油 (煎餅用)
