Kelp and Mung Bean Sweet Soup
海帶綠豆沙
Ingredients: (yield about 6 servings)
1 cup Green Bean
7 cups Water
10 gram Dried Tangerine Peel
25 gram Dried Kelp
100 gram Rock Sugar
