Ingredients:
750 gram  Pork Belly


Marinade for meat:
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground Anise Seed
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper


Marinade for Skin:
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons White Vinegar


材料:
750 克   腩肉


醃料 (肉部份):
1 茶匙   鹽
2 茶匙   糖
1 茶匙   茴香籽,壓碎
1/2 茶匙   黑胡椒碎


醃料 (皮部份):
2 茶匙   鹽
2 茶匙   白醋
