Coconut Corn Rice Pudding | 椰香粟米米布甸
Ingredients: (6 servings)
3 cups Coconut Milk
1.5 cups Water
1/2 cup Soaked White Rice (soaked in water for about 2 hours and then rinsed)
1/2 cup Corn Kernel (Don't use the canned corn!)
1/2 Brown Sugar
