Spicy and Sour Marinated Cabbage


INGREDIENTS:

SEASONING:
1 teaspoon Korean Red Chill Flakes
1 teaspoon Sesame Seed, toasted
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon White Rice Vinegar
a few drop Sesame Oil

DIRECTION:
1. Cut the cabbage into bite size.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.  Gently mix everything with hand until the cabbage is well coated with the seasoning.  Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
