2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Mashed Purple Sweet Potato
140 gram Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Sugar
1.5 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt


材料:(約做2打曲奇)

1/2 杯   紫薯蓉
140 克   無鹽牛油,室溫
1/2 杯   糖
1.5 茶匙   雲呢拿香油
1/8 茶匙   肉荳蔻
1/8 茶匙   海鹽

Ingredients: (yield 12-15 bars)
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Eggs
2 tablespoon Whole Milk
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1.5 cup All Purpose Flour / Plain Flour
1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
2 tablespoons Dried Lavender


材料:(做12-15 件)
1/2 杯   無鹽牛油,室溫
1/2 杯   黑糖
1 隻   雞蛋
2 湯匙   全脂奶
1/2 湯匙   雲呢拿油
1.5 杯   麵粉
1 杯   全麥片
1 杯   白朱古力
2 湯匙   乾薰衣草

1/2 cup Macadamia


材料: (12-15 曲奇)

Quality vanilla ice cream is usually available in many grocery stores, but the tasty black sesame flavour is not easy to find.  If you are like me and have a hook on these toasty seeds, you are going to love this recipe.

1 cup Vanilla Ice cream
2 tablespoons Black Sesame
1 tablespoon White Sesame


材料:(2人份)
1 杯   雲呢拿雪糕
2 湯匙   黑芝麻
1 湯匙   白芝麻

Baked Whole Wheat Tortilla Chip | 焗全麥墨西哥玉米脆片



This snack needs only 15 minutes from prepare to finish.  I used whole wheat tortilla because it is healthier than the plain version.  You can use the same recipe with pita bread and it will come out just as nice and crispy.  I hope you will enjoy it.


My son was taking the tortilla out of the bowl for his afternoon snack.


Baked Whole Wheat Tortilla Chip


Ingredients:
8 pcs Tortilla, whole wheat
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
5 tablespoons Agave Syrup (honey is also fine)
1 tablespoon vegetable Oil
pinch of sea salt


How to make it:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 F.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together agave syrup, oil, cinnamon, and salt; set it aside.

3. Stack a few tortillas together.  Cut them into eight wedges with scissors.  Add them into the agave mixture.  Gently rub the mixture with fingers.

4. Place the tortilla pieces on parchment paper without overlapping them.  Bake them for 12-15 minutes, or until they are crispy and the syrup dries up.  Store them in an air-tight container and they can keep up to 1 week.


My son and my husband gave this snack a thumb up.
