Matcha Latte


Although it is called matcha latte, it doesn't really contain any coffee.  It is the hot beverage composed of foamy hot milk with fragrant matcha powder.


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Hot Milk, 2%
1/3 teaspoon Matcha Powder
1 tablespoon Sugar

DIRECTION:
1. Combine sugar and milk in a glass bowl.  Heat it in a microwave for about a minute; stir until the sugar is melted.

2. In a tall cup, combine matcha powder and 1/4 cup of the milk.


3. Whisk it together with an electric milk frother wand until foamy.


4. Slowly add in the rest of the milk in the cup.


5. Serve immediately.

聖誕紅豆餅

Ingredients: 
(yield about 10-12 cookies)
200 gram All Purpose Flour (Plain Flour)
20 gram Salted Butter, room temperature
Green Tea powder or green food colourant 
2 Eggs
100 gram Icing Sugar
1.5 teaspoons Baking Powder


Filling:
70 gram Red Bean Paste


材料 (做約10﹣12個):
200 克   麵粉
20 克   含鹽牛油,室溫
2   雞蛋
少量 綠茶粉或綠色食用色素
100 克   糖霜
1.5 茶匙   泡打粉


餡料:
70 克   紅豆蓉

Summer Green Tea Pudding | 夏日綠茶軟糕   

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Uncooked Red Beans
6 tablespoons Corn Starch
400 ml Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
2 teaspoons Green Tea Powder
1 cup Red Bean Water (you will obtain it after you cook the red bean)
1/3 cup Maple Syrup (for serving)


材料:

1 杯 紅豆湯 (煮過紅豆後的水)
