Quick Marinated Oyster with Spicy Soy Sauce


INGREDIENTS:
1 dozen Oysters, (I used frozen)
1 Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds, toasted

DIRECTION:
1, Rinse the oysters gently with water, and rub to clean the dirty around the black rims; pat dry.

2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients; mix well.  Add the oysters, and gently toss until the oysters are coated with the sauce.  Serve immediately.
